I am so excited about our upcoming 2016 Ladies Retreat - "So Loved".  It is so incredible to be loved by the God of the universe.  John the youngest of the disciples and a friend of Jesus shared in his gospel one of the most quoted and memorized scriptures of the Bible.  John 3:16 says "For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in HIm should not perish, but have everlasting life."  It is so hard for us to grasp the concept that the God of the universe loved us so much that He gave His Son.  The BIble does not say He so loved the good that He gave but that He so loved the world.  This is all inclusive.  God's love is not conditional; it is perfect.  John even referred to himself as the beloved.  John seemed to somehow grasp hold of God's love for him.  Oh that we could embrace and accept the perfect love of Jesus.  Oh that you and I could love like Jesus.  My prayer is that every lady that comes to this retreat will leave this place feeling "So Loved".  Hope to see you there.
