PURPOSE

The purpose of the StewardShift Conference is to empower church administrators to steward with joy by enhancing their knowledge of biblical stewardship, increasing their capacity for practical stewardship, and connecting them with other kingdom minded stewards. We are challenging church administrators to a paradigm shift and rediscover the God-intended joy of stewardship.

OBJECTIVES
The primary goals of the StewardShift Conference are:

• Enhancing Biblical Understanding—Deepen the theological foundation of stewardship, emphasizing God’s ownership and our joyful accountability.
• Increasing Practical Stewardship Capacity—Equip leaders with actionable strategies for steward leadership, financial administration, governance, and transparency.
• Building a Community of Stewards—Foster connections among church administrators, financial officers, and ministry leaders to share best practices and encouragement.
