Bishop Perry Gillum has asked that I share with the overseers that he visited with the heart surgeon on Wednesday of last week and is scheduled for open heart surgery on Tuesday, August 30 at Memorial Hospital in Chattanooga. He just asked to be added to your prayer list and asked that I give his phone and e-mail address in the event you would like to be in touch directly. Of course, he mentioned that when the day approaches Brother Scott Gillum will keep updates posted on his Facebook.
